  • Do I need any prior experience?

    No, this program is for anyone, regardless of prior experience. We will assume that you are a complete beginner.

  • What tools will I need for the course?

    You will need a computer with an internet connection and access to Microsoft Excel. The other tools you will work with in the program are all either free to use or have free trials.

  • Will I learn Python and statistics?

    No. As a BI analyst, you do not need to know Python or have any deep knowledge of statistics (anyone who suggests otherwise is wrong). Instead, BI analysts work with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI. You will be taught to use these during the program.

  • Will I need to attend any classes?

    No, the program is 100% online. There will, however, be weekly online sessions that you can attend to ask any questions. And if you can't attend these, a recording of the session will be available afterwards.
