Learn BI Academy Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By joining the Learn BI Academy Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.

1. Overview

The Learn BI Academy Affiliate Program allows affiliates to promote our products and earn commissions on sales generated through their unique referral links. Participation in the program is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

- Learn BI Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

- Affiliates agree to promote Learn BI Academy courses ethically and responsibly.

- Affiliates are prohibited from using false or misleading advertising, including but not limited to:

  - False claims about Learn BI Academy.

  - Unauthorized use of trademarks or logos.

- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including disclosure of their affiliate relationship (e.g., "This is an affiliate link").

4. Commission Structure

- Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 25% of the total sales amount from referred purchases.

- Tracking: Commissions are tracked via unique referral links provided to affiliates.

- Cookie Duration: Referrals are valid for 30 days from the user's first click on an affiliate link.

- Refund Policy: Commissions are only earned on completed sales. If a customer requests a refund for a purchase, the associated affiliate commission will be deducted from the affiliate's account.

5. Payment Terms

- Threshold: Commissions are paid out once an affiliate reaches a $200 payout threshold.

- Refund Adjustments: If a refund occurs after a commission has been paid, the refunded amount will be subtracted from future commissions. If no future commissions are earned, Learn BI Academy reserves the right to request reimbursement of the overpaid amount.

- Payment Schedule: Payouts are made monthly, within 7 days after the end of each month.

- Payment Method: All payments will be processed through PayPal. Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal account to receive payments. Learn BI Academy is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect PayPal details.

- Currency: All payments will be made in USD. Any currency conversion fees or PayPal transaction fees are the responsibility of the affiliate.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are not permitted to:

- Use paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) that competes with Learn BI Academy.

- Offer discounts, rebates, or incentives that are not authorized by Learn BI Academy.

- Engage in any fraudulent or unethical behavior to generate sales.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Termination

- Learn BI Academy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or any reason deemed appropriate.

- Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Learn BI Academy's trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for promotional purposes. Unauthorized use of intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Learn BI Academy is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by affiliates in connection with the Affiliate Program. Participation is at your own risk.

10. Modification of Terms

Learn BI Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
